For women, pregnancy is the most giving challenge when it comes to jeans. The change of the figure, especially the PBB (Pregnancy Plumber’s Butt) would result you to say farewell to your old jeans’ size. But being pregnant doesn’t mean you can’t keep up with the trends and feel fashionable, as long as you know how to adopt the trends to your new body. Check out these tips to keep your pregnancy being stylish and trendy plus pairing it up with jeans:
- Stay with your size, if you choose the bigger size you may find them too big in the bottom and thighs, and will be hitching them up all the time. So stay with your pre-pregnancy size, if anything they fit a bit on the smallish side just in the thighs. They may feel quite snug at first but the premium denim will give with each wear and wash.
- Find a natural belly band. When your jeans fit just right everywhere but the waist, a Belly-Band is the perfect solution – just slip over the waistband and hide the unfastened button. But if you don’t want to show people around you some big dark elastic waist peeking through your tees, then you could try a nude belly band.
- Choose the stretchy one. Some jeans have discreet stretchy sides that will fit you comfortably during the growing size, from month 1 till 9. Usually it’s the side panels that stretch.
- Pick high quality denim. High quality denim is the one that doesn’t sag or get stiff after washing, which usually based on cotton/spandex fabrics.
- Show your shape. Some maternity jeans are renowned to lift & shape your bottom like top designer jeans. In case you feel like it, then don’t hesitate to look for the one.
Those are all opinions, because I never have the experience of being pregnant ever. But if you find it useful then I am glad for you, but if you have something in mind that I should know then please leave a comment.
